1. Information We Collect

TotePag is built with a local-first, zero-upload principle. · All bags, notes, photos, links, memos, and cover images you create are stored exclusively in the on-device sandbox and (if enabled) Apple's system-level backup (Finder / iCloud Backup). · We do not proactively collect any of the above content. · TotePag has no sign-in or account feature, so we do not collect phone numbers, email addresses, nicknames, avatars, or account credentials of any kind.

2. In-App Purchase (IAP) Transaction Information

When you purchase TotePag Pro via the App Store or use "Restore Purchases", billing is handled independently by Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy: · Apple charges your Apple ID and stores the transaction receipt on its systems. The TotePag developer cannot read your card number, billing address, or other Apple ID payment details. · Only a local indication of the purchase result (such as a transaction identifier and the Pro unlocked state) is saved on your device to enable the Pro features. This data is never sent to any third-party server.

3. How We Use System Permissions

TotePag requests system permissions only when you explicitly trigger a feature: · Camera: Used only when you choose "Take Photo". Photos are saved locally and never leave your device. · Photo Library: Used only when you choose "Import from Library" or "Change Cover" to read an image. All image processing happens on-device. · Home Screen Widget: iOS renders a summary of your local bags via App Group; no network requests are made. · Share Extension: Imports content when you use the system share sheet from another app; data is saved locally. · You can revoke any of these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → TotePag.

4. Third-Party SDKs & Information Sharing

· The current version does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. · We do not sell, rent, or share any of your content with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. · In the rare cases required by law — such as a valid court order, lawful governmental request, or Apple acting in accordance with its own policies — we may be required to provide limited information. Because we do not host or collect your content, the data available in such scenarios is extremely limited.

5. Storage, Retention & Deletion

· All content you create is stored on-device by default; how long it is retained is entirely under your control. · When you delete an item, a photo, or a whole bag inside the app, the corresponding files are deleted from your device immediately with no server-side copies. · When you uninstall TotePag, iOS deletes the entire app sandbox. If you have iCloud / Finder backups enabled, any backup retention is governed by Apple's backup mechanisms. · To fully delete all local data, delete bags and items within the app or simply uninstall TotePag.

6. Children's Privacy

TotePag is not directed to children under the age of 12, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because TotePag does not collect data online, if a minor uses the app, all their content remains on the device controlled by a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor used the app without authorization, you may delete the content on-device or uninstall the app.

7. Your Rights (Access / Correction / Export / Deletion / Withdrawal of Consent)

Under applicable law such as the PIPL (China), GDPR (EU), or CCPA (California), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because TotePag does not collect personal information onto any server, all of these rights can be exercised directly on your own device: · Access / correct: simply open the app to view or edit any item. · Export: use Settings → Export Backup to generate a full backup file. · Delete: delete items, bags, or uninstall the app.

8. Cross-Border Transfers

Because TotePag does not collect or upload personal information, there is no cross-border transfer of personal information to other countries or regions.

9. Updates & Contact

Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be announced within the app or via the App Store "App Support" page.
